Create a whimsical flower cart using the custom-made cart in your kit that is made to fit  three small bottles. Your kit will also paper to decorate. Also in your kit are wire stems, bead, hand-dyed felt leaves, and shrink plastic flower shapes to design and create whimsical flower stems to place in the   bottles.
