Free YouTube online class - Paint a tiny hand-carved penguin  and add shrink-plastic snowflake layers for a perch. Fill the bottle with glitter filler and tie a ribbon and bead dangle on the corked bottle.

* Black and white acrylic paint.
* Orange and yellow pastels and Q-tips, if   you want to make an  Empire Penguin.
* Pink craft paint if you want your penguin ot have a mouth. 
*Paint Brushes 
*Optional Shrinkets Molds if you want formed shrink plastic snowflakes as shown in the example. You can also shrink flat.
* E6000 glue 
 * Craft Heat Gun  
 
*size including bottle and cork - 5  1/2" x 1 3/4 "

*white glitter filler and ribbon 
* Blue glitter filler and ribbon
