Kit for creating Shrinkets shrink plastic holiday tag charms. In this class, you will use colored pencils to design your tag charms.  Ribbons and charm dangles will be added to each charm and are part of your kit.  The charms are layers to each tag giving them a fun dimensional look.  The online class is FREE and accessed on Youtube.
