Policies 

Returns, exchanges, damages and lost items 

14 days- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

 

All items are shipped by the USPS unless another delivery service is requested and additional charges are paid for by the buyer. Additional charges will billed to the buyer via PAY PAL ONLY. 

 

The shop owner is responsible for any missing or damaged items that are not the fault of the USPS. Faults of the  PO's refer to mishandling, torn, smashed, lost, miss-delivered, etc. 

Shop owner is NOT responsible for items that are damaged by the postal service. 

 

The USPS has had increasingly unreliable service causing mis-delivery, shipping delays, lost packages, and damage due to poor handling. 

The shop owner does its best to ensure these issues do not happen. Bubble mailers and or cardboard-approved USPS mailers are used. Fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap within a bubble mailer. Printed self-stick labs are used.

 

 If you have an issue with our policy I suggest you contact your state representative with your grievances. Telling the shop owner does not solve the bigger problem the USPS faces. The problem affects us all.  The  USPS CEO needs to be removed from office to place a better-qualified person in the position who does not have a conflict of interest. The Postmaster General's name is -

The decline in service has happened under his leadership.

 I do not recommend purchasing extra insurance as in my many experiences that system is broken.  Phone calls go unanswered, trips to the PO  to lodge complaints send you to the website to ask for help with claims, and that website link is broken and leads you in circles.
